Patients Admissions Process at Abbhary Hospital
Patient Registration & UID Generation
Upon arrival, patients are warmly assisted by our Customer Relationship Team, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free registration process. During this stage, a Unique Identification Number (UID) is generated for each patient, serving as a secure and essential reference for maintaining and tracking their complete medical records throughout their healthcare journey with us.
Payment and Room Selection
At the time of admission, patients are requested to make an advance deposit, which will be appropriately adjusted against the final billing at the time of discharge. Our dedicated staff will assist patients in choosing the most suitable room category, taking into account their preferences, medical requirements, and availability — ensuring a comfortable and personalized stay.
Emergency Admissions and Prioritization
In emergency situations, patients are admitted through a dedicated emergency billing desk to ensure swift and uninterrupted care. In the event of limited bed availability, our medical team prioritizes immediate stabilization and critical care, conducting a thorough clinical evaluation before arranging a safe and appropriate transfer to another facility, if required.
Guidelines for Bed Availability
The facility follows a structured protocol for optimal bed management, wherein patients may be temporarily relocated across appropriate care units based on clinical requirements and availability. This approach ensures that critically ill patients are given the highest priority, enabling timely access to essential care and resources.
Cashless Hospitalization for Corporates and PSUs
Patients opting for cashless hospitalization under corporate or insurance coverage are requested to approach the dedicated Insurance/TPA desk. Our specialized team will assist in coordinating approvals and documentation, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free admission process.
