Once the discharge date is finalized, the patient and their family are promptly notified to allow for necessary preparations. The process may take a few hours, ensuring that all medical, administrative, and post-care instructions are thoroughly completed for a safe and well-organized transition.
Completion of Discharge Formalities
At the time of discharge, patients are required to complete the final billing formalities, following which they are provided with a detailed discharge summary. This document includes essential information on follow-up consultations, medications, and post-treatment care instructions. Our team carefully explains these details to ensure that patients and their families have a clear understanding of the next steps for a safe and effective recovery.
